KABALLAT SHABBAT - conduct Friday afternoon services, lead songs and prayers for Ashbrook Nursing Home residents

MOBILE MEALS DELIVERY -deliver meals to the homebound in Scotch Plains

BACKPACK/SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE - collect school supplies and gently used backpacks for Newark school children.

KOL NIDRE FOOD DRIVE/FOOD PANTRY -coordinate canned food collection from synagogue members and deliver to the Scotch Plains food pantry (special appeal on Kol Nidre).
 
HOME FIRST HOMELESS HOSPITALITY  - shop, cook, serve meals, visit with guests, or stay overnight at the temple while we host guests for two weeks during the Summer.

NJ CARES WINTER COAT DRIVE - sort and deliver coats to NJ Food bank in Hillside, mid-December

INTERGENERATIONAL TALENT SHOW - organize CBI kids and adults to perform along side residents of a local geriatric center.
 
TZEDAKAH ASSEMBLIES - organize young teens to present their b'nai mitzvot projects to Hebrew School assemblies
